Who am I and why did I start “Swimming Traveler”?

I swim 5 days a week and I am over 60 years old. Personally, at this age I must do yoga or other stretching for at least 20 minutes to warmed up before I can swim. I’ve found if I go on vacation and don’t get in my swim, I get too stiff and possibly a little grumpy too.  So now I look for a place to stay on vacation that has a pool big enough to get in my laps. This effort has made all my travels more enjoyable and maybe I’m more enjoyable to be around!

I have a lot of information about swimming while traveling why not share this information with others who want a quality place to swim while traveling. Hence the “Swimming Traveler” emerged.
